Improve Team Well-being

This unique program combines team-building activities, workshops from industry experts, and relaxing activities such as massage and yoga. It's the perfect opportunity for your team to decompress, learn new skills, and bond with each other.

The program starts with a three-day and two-night sleepover experience. During this time, your team will participate in a variety of activities, including:

• Team building exercises
• Workshops on strategic planning, leadership, and communication
• Relaxation activities such as massage and mind/body movement

The sleepover experience is followed by monthly coaching and a quarterly one-day and one-night experience. {The quarterly experience is a focused, shortened version of the three-day experience.}
